Presently, Leisure teaches digital media and studio art classes at Diablo Valley College. He also has taught at San Francisco State University, Washington State University, and CSU, Sacramento.
Leisure lives in Martinez with his wife, artist Joy Broom. They have two children: Caleb, a graduate student at NYU; and Georgia, a graduating senior at San Francisco State University.
